PiT view repository full.
What Caused the Problem?
All of the snapshot volume's available repository capacity has been used. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.
Important Notes
Since the snapshot volume's repository capacity is full, it will not have enough capacity to save new data. Therefore, the snapshot volume will continue to fail write requests.
The only recovery action for this problem is to expand the snapshot volume's repository capacity.
Recovery Steps
1 | On the Storage and Copy Services tab in the Array Management Window, highlight the affected snapshot volume. |
2 | Select the Copy Services > Snapshot Volume > Overall Repository > Increase Capacity menu option. |
3 | You can either add one or more existing repository volumes, or create and add a new repository volume. |
4 | Click the Increase Capacity button. |
5 | Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your Technical Support Representative. |
