Summary

This monitor checks if the m365mp_spi.log exceeds a specific file size. Entries in this files are written by the NiCE Active 365 Collector.

Causes

1.) The file size of the m365mp_spi.log has reached the set maximum threshold. The default size is set at 4MB.

Resolutions

1.) Rename and backup the file

2.) Change file size threshold
