Summary

Application registration failure.

Causes

Failed to register an application. It is configured with a priority value higher than the UserServices module. However, this is not permitted by its application version number or by the configuration required in the SPL manifest.

Resolutions

Correct the application priority in MMC or contact your application vendor for an updated version of the program.
