The AD Replication Monitoring monitor has detected that there are domain controllers that have not updated their objects under the OpsMgrLatencyMonitors container recently.
Possible causes include:
The Ops Mgr Health Service is not running on the domain controller that is involved.
The account used in the Ops Mgr Run-As-Profile/Account under does not have permissions to update the object.
The source domain controller is in Safe Mode.
The source domain controller is down.
Windows Time Service is skewed, causing Kerberos ticket failures.
There are network connectivity issues.
There are Domain Name System (DNS) name resolution problems.
