Summary

The IIS Admin Service has stopped. The World Wide Web service requires this service, and SMS requires IIS to support Advanced Clients requests. This condition will not repair itself and must be resolved before SMS client requests can be serviced.

This will typically occur when:

Verify that the IIS Admin Service was stopped due to routine or scheduled maintenance, or due to scheduled changes to the operating system or its components. If the IIS Admin Service is not already started, start it.
