摘要

IIS 管理服務已停止。 World Wide Web 服務與 SMS 分別需要此服務與 IIS，才可支援進階用戶端的要求。此狀況不會自行修復，必須先加以解決，才可繼續處理 SMS 用戶端要求。

原因

一般發生的時機為：

執行網際網路資訊服務 (IIS) 的伺服器已關閉或重新啟動。
使用 Hotfix 或 Service Pack 升級 IIS。
作業系統有所變更，如升級或新增其他服務 (如憑證服務)。
升級或安裝元件時，必須停止所有 IIS 服務。

解決方法

確認 IIS 管理服務是因為例行性或已排程的維護而停止，或是因為作業系統或其元件的已排程變更而停止。若 IIS 管理服務尚未啟動，請加以啟動。
