The SMS_Executive has crashed. Information on the crash is in the report directory under the path [ConfigurationManagerInstallationFolder]\Logs\CrashDumps on the computer.

Causes

This condition could occur because an exception occurred in one of the Configuration Manager components.

Resolutions

Check the files in the reported crash dump directory for information on the crash.
