The total number of SoH Responses where the client was not compliant has exceeded the standard operational threshold.
This occurs when one of these situations apply:
The client has returned a non-compliant status because it does not have applicable software updates on the Effective Date defined in its site SMS NAP policies.
Although the client reported it was compliant, the client did not use up to date SMS NAP policies.
Although the client reported it was compliant, the statement of health is not within the configured validity period.
Although the client reported it was compliant, the statement of health is older than the setting "Date created must be after".
No action required.
