The Configuration Manager system health validator is currently not processing statement of health requests.
The Configuration Manager system health validator has failed because it can not process statement of health requests, or because its cache client is not installed.
Check the SHV log files in the SMSSHV directory to find out why statement of health requests are not being processed. Also check for the Cache Client log to see if the Cache Client is installed and running.
Check the Network Access Protection (NAP) Server for problems.
