Causes

Resolutions

The resolution for this error depends on the reason for the error. Check the Backup Exec job log to locate the error that caused the job to end and take the necessary action. To access the job log:

-On the navigation bar, click Job Monitor.

-Under Views in the task pane, click Jobs list or Calendar.

-Select the completed job you want to view from the Job History pane or the Job Calendar, and then under General Tasks in the task pane, click Properties.

-Click Job Log to view the description of the errors.
