Summary

The path specified in the registry key for protocol logging either does not exist, or the system cannot write to it.

Resolutions

Check to ensure that the registry keys for protocol logging are correct if you wish for protocol logging to work. These values are located under the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Imap4svc\Parameters.
