Summary

Independent software vendors can write custom applications to extend the functionality of the RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Management service. For the custom application to work correctly with the RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Management service, it must properly register as a COM object.

Resolutions

To resolve this issue, you must ensure that the custom application is registered properly as a COM object, the custom application is properly registered with RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Management, and the custom application does not return an internal error.
