Summary

This monitor tracks the vCenter alarm that monitors if license inventory is not compliant.

Causes

This alarm will fire in vCenter, using triggers defined via the vSphere Client.

By default, this alarm is triggered by the following event:

vCenter Event

Description

LicenseNonComplianceEvent

License inventory is not compliant. Licenses are overused.

Resolutions

Resolution is dependent on the nature of the event. Use the EventID KB links above to search for more information.
