Summary

This rule tracks the event ID 'HostAddFailedEvent' received from the VMware API.

Causes

Cannot add host {hostname} to datacenter {datacenter.name}.

Resolutions

Review status of the host you are attempting to add to vCenter for configuration or availability issues that may prevent vCenter from completing the add process.
