Summary

A SCSI physical drive has failed.

Causes

This could be caused by the following:

Resolutions

Check the physical drive status in the event description. If the status is failed(3) or predictiveFailure(8), the drive might need to be replaced. If the status is notConfigured(4), ensure that all of the drive switches are properly set and that the configuration utility has been run. If the status is badCable(5), verify that the cables are securely connected to the physical drive.
