This job reindexes the organization database SQL indexes periodically. There could be an intermittent SQL connection failure or some other issue that caused this job to fail.
Analyze the event logs and trace logs to identify the issue. Since the reindexing job will automatically run again after a period of time, another option is to simply wait until the reindexing job runs again.
