The rule triggers an alert when MSDTC on the server is unavailable.

Summary

This error typically indicates that the MSDTC service is not running on the local server. Data modification (DML) statements in an explicit or implicit transaction may require that MSDTC service is running and provider supports distributed transactions.

Resolutions
