La regla genera una alerta cuando MSDTC no está disponible en el servidor.
Este error suele indicar que el servicio MS DTC no se está ejecutando en el servidor local. Las instrucciones de modificación de datos (DML) en una transacción explícita o implícita pueden requerir que el servicio MS DTC se esté ejecutando, así como que el proveedor admita las transacciones distribuidas.
