全文檢索目錄不存在，或使用者無適當權限在目錄中建立全文檢索索引。

原因

沒有需要預設的全文檢索目錄，但若未定義預設目錄，則當您執行 CREATE FULLTEXT INDEX 陳述式時，就必須指定目錄名稱。

您必須對資料庫具備 CREATE FULLTEXT CATALOG 權限，才能建立全文檢索目錄，或是具備某個目錄的 REFERENCES 權限，才能在該目錄中建立全文檢索索引。
