该监视器和警报指明 ACS 控制器与数据库的连接出现问题，因此无法记录事件。

以下是此监视器的默认配置摘要：

“红色状态”：如果与数据库的连接出现问题，则转为空色状态 (AdtServer 4618)
“绿色状态”：如果与数据库成功建立连接，则转为绿色状态 (AdtServer 4616)。

原因

红色状态可能表示发生了以下状况：

数据库服务器未联机
控制器和数据库之间的网络连接已丢失
收集器的计算机帐户无登录到数据库的权限

解决方法

您可以使用以下步骤来解决此问题：

如果数据库不可用，请将数据库重新联机
还原控制器和数据库之间的网络连接
确保收集器计算机帐户拥有写入 OperationsManagerAC 数据库的权限。（控制器计算机帐户需要有权限，这是因为将控制器服务帐户作为网络服务运行）如果计算机帐户没有正确的权限，请先卸载控制器，然后重新安装以解决该问题。
