摘要

此監視及警示表示 ACS Collector 連線到資料庫時發生問題，因此無法記錄事件。

此監視的預設設定摘要如下：

紅色狀態：如果收集器連線到資料庫時發生問題 (AdtServer 4618)，則轉為紅色狀態
綠色狀態：如果收集器順利連線到資料庫 (AdtServer 4616)，則轉為綠色狀態。

原因

紅色狀態表示可能發生下列狀況：

資料庫伺服器不在線上
收集器與資料庫之間的網路連線中斷
收集器的機器帳戶沒有登入資料庫的權限。

解決方式

您可以使用下列步驟解決問題：

如果資料庫無法使用，請讓資料庫恢復線上狀態
還原收集器與資料庫之間的網路連線
確定收集器的機器帳戶具有寫入 OperationsManagerAC 資料庫的權限 (收集器機器帳戶需要這種權限，因為收集器服務帳戶是以 Network Service 執行)。如果機器帳戶沒有適當權限，則請先解除安裝後再重新安裝收集器，以嘗試修復這個問題。
