原因

"指定された実行アカウントには要求されたログオン権利が付与されていないため、このアカウントを使用して System Center Management ヘルス サービスにログオンすることができませんでした。

解決方法

指定された実行アカウントに要求されたログオン権利を付与するには、グループ ポリシーまたはローカル コンピューター ポリシー ([コンピューターの構成] -> [セキュリティの設定] -> [ユーザー権利の割り当て]) のいずれかを使用します。
