Causas

El motivo más habitual de por qué WAS podría detenerse de manera inesperada es un archivo de configuración IIS dañado o un grupo de aplicaciones configurado incorrectamente.

Soluciones

Compruebe la vista de alertas activas para ver si hay alguna alerta generada por el MP de IIS sobre un archivo dañado de configuración IIS o un sitio web configurado incorrectamente. Si no hay alertas, compruebe los registros de eventos de sistema y aplicaciones en el servidor IIS.
