O motivo mais comum para a parada inesperada do WAS é um arquivo de configuração do IIS corrompido ou um aplicativo configurado incorretamente.
Verifique na exibição de alertas ativos do IIS se há alertas gerados pelo MP do IIS sobre um arquivo de configuração corrompido do IIS ou um site configurado incorretamente. Se não houver alertas, verifique o log de eventos do sistema e do aplicativo no servidor do IIS.
