概要

このルールは、Network Interface\Current Bandwidth カウンターを収集します。

Current Bandwidth は、ネットワーク インターフェイスの現在の帯域幅をビット/秒 (bps) 単位で予測した値を示します。 帯域幅が変わらない、または正確な予測が不可能なインターフェイスの場合は、目安の帯域幅が示されます。
