Esta regra recolhe o contador Interface de Rede\Largura de Banda Atual.

Largura de Banda Atual é uma estimativa da largura de banda atual da interface de rede, em bits por segundo (BPS). Para aquelas interfaces que não variam a largura de banda ou para as que não permitem estabelecer uma estimativa precisa, este valor será a largura de banda nominal.
