Gli strumenti di gestione, ad esempio lo snap-in Microsoft Management Console DNS, utilizzano il protocollo RPC (Remote Procedure Call) per comunicare con il servizio server DNS e per gestirlo.

Cause

Server DNS: impossibile inizializzare il servizio RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

Soluzioni

Riavviare il servizio RPC

Il servizio RPC non ha risposto alle richieste provenienti dal server DNS. È necessario avviare il servizio RPC riavviando il computer.

Per riavviare il computer:

Dal server DNS fare clic su Start, sulla freccia accanto al pulsante Blocca, quindi su Riavvia.
