概要

DNS Microsoft 管理コンソール スナップインなどの管理ツールでは、RPC (リモート プロシージャ コール) プロトコルを使用して DNS サーバー サービスと通信し、サービスを管理します。

原因

DNS サーバーは、リモート プロシージャ コール (RPC) サービスを初期化できませんでした。

解決方法

RPC (リモート プロシージャ コール) サービスを再起動する

RPC (リモート プロシージャ コール) サービスが DNS サーバーからの要求に応答しませんでした。コンピューターを再起動して、RPC サービスを開始する必要があります。

コンピューターを再起動するには、次の手順を実行します。

DNS サーバーで [スタート] ボタンをクリックし、ロック ボタンの横の矢印をクリックして、[再起動] をクリックします。
